The Power of Baptism: Living Boldly in Forgiveness and Grace

🌊 You are baptized, but what does that mean? What difference does it make in your life today?

✨ It means you are forgiven — NOT “were forgiven” but forgiven — right now. 🙏

Even though we still wrestle with sin and fight temptation 💪, we are also constantly living in that forgiveness and in that grace.

You don’t have to wait to bring your sins to church each week ⛪️ to receive forgiveness — you are constantly being forgiven through your baptism. 💧

As fast as you can commit sins, Jesus can forgive them. ✝️

It means that you don’t have to live in the fear of the law. ⚖️

You can live in the confidence of that forgiveness. 💖

You can live boldly, even “sin boldly”, because you know that you are taken care of . . . you are rescued from sin and death and the devil. 🛡️

You are given the gift of eternal life by faith. You are saved. 💫

God has taken care of you in every way that is necessary for you to go to heaven. You don’t have to worry about it anymore. ✨

Now, you get to live for your neighbor 👥, and in doing that — in living for others — there is no sin. There is only grace and mercy and forgiveness. 💖

You can live confidently in that. 🎯

You are loved, forgiven, and redeemed because you are baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. ✝️✨
